Terms of Service

Last updated: May 22, 2026

By using Vevga (vevga.com), you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language so they are easy to understand.

1. What Vevga is

Vevga is a free online platform offering utility tools — video transcription, PDF tools, image tools, QR generation, and more. The core tools are free to use.

2. Acceptable use

You may use Vevga for any lawful purpose. You agree NOT to:

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the files and content you process through Vevga. We do not claim ownership of anything you upload. We only process your content to deliver the requested tool output, and we delete it within one hour.

4. Service availability

We do our best to keep Vevga running smoothly. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time.

5. Rate limits

To keep the service free for everyone, we apply reasonable rate limits to free usage. Specific limits vary by tool and are subject to change.

6. No warranty

Vevga is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to deliver accurate, useful results, but we cannot guarantee they will always be perfect. You use the service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vevga and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Intellectual property

The Vevga name, logo, design, and code are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

9. Third-party services

Some tools may rely on third-party APIs (e.g. for video transcription). When you use these tools, you also agree to those third-parties terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will update the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to block access to anyone who violates these terms. You can stop using the service at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, where Vevga operates.
